Teen Strength & Conditioning

Strength and conditioning for teenagers 15 years up
Training is booked in 6 week blocks, training twice a week 8.15pm -9.15 pm (day tbc).
Training consists of a mix of strength and conditioning in a fun friendly environment.

Barbells & Babies

1 Hour session for new mums
Max of 8 in this group
Mums need to be 6 weeks plus post-partum or have the go ahead from their GP.
Bring your baby in the car seat while you train.
Mix of Weights and cardio in a circuit style, laid back vibe can attend baby anytime!
Coached by Louise Hogan, PT and Pre Postnatal Coach.
Prices from 15 a session Block of 8 sessions 2 a week for 4 weeks

Women’s Class (From 60 Per Month)

Ladies only class m/w/f 9.30am 1 hour class.
Mix of cardio and resistance training in circuit and bootcamp style.
All levels catered for.
Increase bone density, increase fitness and have some fun.
10 Euro to Try a session, if you join we deduct the fee.
