  • We offer a free trial class to give you a chance to experience a session yourself.
  • We will have a coach to assist you regardless of what level you are at so don’t worry!
  • Follow the link to register, sign the waiver and follow the app to our booking software to book your class.
  • Once you have finished your free trial, our memberships work on a direct debit monthly basis. Membership options can be viewed here.

FAQ

Do I need to be fit to try a CrossFit Class?

No, you don’t, the coaches will make sure the class is at your ability .

If you join, you will get fitter with commitment and consistency.

How do your memberships work?

Once you sign up as a member, you are free to book your sessions. You can book a week in advance from Sunday.

The memberships are 12 sessions a month or the unlimited option. Both memberships are a strict 30 day cancellation policy and are debited monthly via STRIPE on a card attached to your membership. To cancel your membership, email to crossfitsetanta@gmail.com, one final fee will come out then you can use the gym for the remainder of the month.

Pausing is possible, however for a minimum of 2 months and it is frozen just after the next payment.

Do I need apps ?

Yes , you will need two apps.

PushPress Members App (blue runner icon) – to book classes/ cancel classes and manage your membership details .

SugarWod App – this allows you to see the workouts for the week, log your lifts, log your scores and manage your progress. Also, you can fist bump other members on their scores and vice versa.

Booking Classes and how do I cancel?

You can book your sessions up to the hour before.

Except on 6.15am sessions you must book before 11pm.

Cancellation of the class MUST be within the window which is up to 1 hour before .

If you cancel after the cancellation window this is a late cancellation.

If you hit 3 late cancellations, you will be charged 5 Euro on the account.

No show is a 5 Euro charge.

This policy is in the members best interest. More popular class times have wait lists and it’s important you cancel as early as possible to allow others to get the class they want.

Please do not book into multiple classes in the evening 5,6,7pm. Choose the most likely one then contact the coach if needs be to switch, if you see there is space.

Can I see the workouts in advance?

Yes you can!

The SugarWod App manages this. You can see the workouts for the week, log your lifts, log your scores and manage your progress. Also, you can fist bump other members on their scores and vice versa. When you sign up to the gym you will need a code to join our track. But, please don’t cherry pick your workouts, come when you plan to come.

Do you run Gymnastic or Olympic lifting Classes?

If the session on the day has these in it we coach in the session.

However, from time to time we offer workshops or technical sessions and these are open to all members to book on the app.

Community

We run in house fun CrossFit competitions a few times a year, sometimes for charity. We organize hikes, activities, nights out and run a members WhatsApp (which is optional to join).

Most importantly community INSIDE the gym.
