Barbells & Babies

β€˜Barbells & Babies’ is a unique fitness class designed specifically for new parents.

Here, you can engage in strength and fitness training while your baby is safely nearby, allowing you to keep an eye on your little one while also taking care of yourself.

Women’s Circuit Class

Try our women’s circuit class, mixing strength and cardio in a bootcamp style. It’s a fun, challenging workout for all levels, perfect for boosting fitness and strength.

Personal Training

Get strong andΒ  fit with Louise Hogan, our Head Coach and expert personal trainer, who’ll guide you with practical workouts and friendly advice to help you reach your goals.

Sessions available at a wide variety of times to suit your schedule.

Teen Strength & Fitness

Setanta hosts fun, friendly teen fitness sessions in the evening, running in 6-week blocks, focusing on strength and fitness.

Coach Louise can design a programme to suit your team or groups needs, and each session is expert coach led.Β
