Who We Are
We opened our doors in October 2018 as a CrossFit Affiliate. Since then, we have built an amazing community of members of all ages and fitness levels.
Our program is based on the CrossFit methodology. The workouts are constantly varied, functional movement, performed at moderate to high intensity – push, pull, hinge, squat, build strength & your aerobic system.
Our Classes hold a max of 10 to ensure the best coaching to all members.
The Program will consist of 3 parts most days.
Warm up and mobility, a strength element which is followed by a conditioning piece (the WOD) and it is different every day . This is called the WOD , “workout of the day”.

Mark & Louise
Community
Community is the “C” in CrossFit.
You can ensure a unique vibe of support and encouragement in the gym from members and coaches to one another.
Our sessions are capped at 10 during the week to make sure each person gets the best coaching.
The last person is as important as the first to finish the workout, and will be cheered on to the very end.

Coach Louise
Louise Hogan
Head CrossFit Coach. With a passion for all things CrossFit, Louise will help you achieve above and beyond your goals empowering athletes young and old through fitness and wellbeing.
Qualifications:
- CrossFit L1Trainer
- NSC Level 6 Strength & Conditioning Coach
- Precision Nutrition Coach
- Pre and Post Natal NTC
- ITEC Level 5 Personal Training.

Coach Mark
Mark Hogan
Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. Coaching since 2009 Mark his vast experience from several different sports to the CrossFit Setanta community.
Mark’s works with the CFS team in order to deliver the highest level of coaching and support to all CrossFit Setanta members, helping them to achieve their goals, and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
Qualifications
- CrossFit L1 Coach
- MSc Strength & Conditioning, IT Carlow
- 1st Degree Black Belt, Kickboxing
- Paramedic
