  • CrossFit Members
  • Our CrossFit membership includes 4 different types of classes: CrossFit, HYROX, ENGINE and Team CrossFit.
  • There are over 20 classes timetabled each week to give Members lots of choice and making it easy to plan in a workout.

Additional Fitness Classes

  • We offer Women’s Circuit classes and Barbells & Babies classes each week. These are not included in Membership, and can be booked separately. Contact Coach Louise to sign up!
