Barbells & Babies
- 1 Hour session, Tuesdays at 10.15am
- Max. 8 participants
- Mums need to be 6 weeks plus postpartum or have clearance from their GP
- Bring your baby in their car seat while you train
Mix of weights & cardio in a circuit style, with a laid back vibe can attend baby anytime! - Coached by Louise Hogan, PT and Pre/Post-natal Coach.
- Booked in 6 week blocks, €90 for the block
Women's Circuit Class
- 3 x Weekly at 9.30am to 10.30am
- Monday, Wednesday & Friday
- Max. 8 participants
- Mix of weights & cardio in a circuit style
- Programming varied each day
- Led by Head Coach Louise
- €60 per month, no contract.
Personal Training
- 1:1 & Semi Private Training
- Individual programs and small group sessions tailored to you and your goals
- Sports specific and team training blocks available
- Prices from €25 per session
Teen Strength & fitness
- Strength and conditioning for teenagers – 15 Years Old & Up
- 6 week blocks
- Sessions 2 x a week 8.15pm to 9.15pm – Day to Be Agreed
- Training consists of a mix of strength and conditioning in a fun friendly environment.
